For a question about a charge, include the order ID from your Google Play receipt or from the app’s purchase history. In the app, “Problem with a charge?” (in “How payments & refunds work”) writes the email for you, with the order already filled in. Never send your card details or passwords.

Refunds

Google lets you request a refund yourself within 48 hours of a charge: open your Google Play order history, find the snooze and choose “Request a refund”. Google’s limits apply, and Google decides. After 48 hours, or for any other question about a charge, email us with the order ID.

Pending payments

Some payment methods take time to go through. A pending payment only starts your snooze if it goes through before you finish your check. Until then the alarm keeps ringing, and you can finish the check to stop it. If the payment goes through later, it counts as an unused payment.

Unused payments

If you paid but never got the snooze (for example, the payment went through after you were already up), the app never completes that payment, and Google refunds it automatically after about three days. Your purchase history shows it as “Not used, refunded automatically by Google”. If you snooze again at the same price before then, the app may offer to use that earlier payment instead of charging you again.

My alarm didn’t ring

Phones save battery in different ways, and some of them can stop an alarm. To check your phone:

If an alarm still didn’t ring, email us with your phone model and Android version, and the time the alarm should have rung.

Stopping the alarm without paying

Waking up is always free. Tap “I’m up” and finish your check. The alarm goes quiet for a short grace window while you do it. If the check can’t be done (for example, the camera fails), the app offers a fallback check instead.
